The experts on Cruise Critic say that there is a reasonably good library on the ship. We should also bring cheap paperbacks to leave on the exchange shelf in the library. Also, there are movies you can check out, so we don't need to bring any. There are also movies shown onboard in the theatre and on the TV.
Thank you for checking. I will stick with the 3 lib books I have plus the latest Vanity Fair and hope that the library is good enough. Here is the latest beverage information:
-dad and I think that the soda cards are not worth the money. Everyone should bring a case of their most favorite soda to be placed in the refrigerators in the rooms. According to Cruise Critic, all we have to do is ask the room steward to empty the refrig of all for sale items when we arrive so that it is empty for our use.
-wine is OK to bring so long as we don't ask it to be served in the dining room and be charged corkage. So we'll bring several bottles as will Ellen.
-Hard liquor is more iffy. We're still evaluating...
Are we all invited to the cruisecritic party?

You know what I like about movies? Not having to read. And you can usually finish one in under 2 hours!
